You can delete your Petshandler account and all data linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — in the app
- Open the Petshandler app and sign in with your phone number.
- Go to the “Account” tab.
- At the bottom, tap “Delete my data” and confirm.
The account and the data linked to it are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — by email request
Write to petshandler@gmail.com quoting the phone number on your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will delete the account and the data linked to it within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
What gets deleted
- the account (phone number, name);
- your pets’ records;
- your booking and visit history;
- notification tokens and settings.
What may be retained: data we are required to keep by law (for example, records of payments and settlements) may be retained for the period set by legislation, after which it is deleted. All other personal data is deleted in full.
